Natalie was very responsive to all of our questions and responded in a timely manner to phone calls and texts. When we looked at homes she explained the positives and negatives. When we were ready to put in an offer Natalie, gave us guidance regarding the offer. But she left the final decision up to us. She was extremely helpful with the inspection and how to handle objections. After closing Natalie did not disappear. She has kept in touch and let us know that if we had any questions she would be available for us. There was no part of the process when Natalie was not available and totally engaged.
